To create a space that met the tenant\u2019s requirements, it was necessary <strong>to merge two retail units into one<\/strong> and carry out <strong>modifications to part of the Shell &amp; Core<\/strong>, allowing the subsequent fit-out to proceed efficiently and within the required timeline.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ABMV<\/strong> was involved in the preparation and coordination phase of the project. We prepared the <strong>technical analysis<\/strong> and <strong>a preliminary cost estimate<\/strong>, based on which the <strong>Shell &amp; Core modification project<\/strong> was subsequently developed. The solution also included setting up the <strong>technical interfaces<\/strong> for the following construction phases and coordinating key details so that the modifications could be carried out within the operating environment of the shopping centre.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From an implementation perspective, a particularly important element was the <strong>shopfront across two height levels<\/strong>, including a <strong>double-height shopfront <\/strong>section. This type of facade and entrance solution requires precise coordination across disciplines, a high level of execution accuracy, and careful integration with structural and technical elements.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was also an example of international cooperation: <strong>Spanish design, a Romanian construction company, and Czech coordination<\/strong> on the landlord\u2019s and tenant\u2019s side.
