Construction has started on the next phase of the residential development in Lochkov—apartment buildings G1 and G2. ABMV is involved in key delivery and control roles: project management, construction management, client’s technical supervision (TDS), and Health & Safety coordination (H&S).

From the investor’s perspective, our scope covers day-to-day project management during construction, continuous quality control, coordination of interfaces between disciplines, and oversight of schedule and budget targets. Our scope also includes on-site Health & Safety coordination.

We are working alongside Rusina Frei (architects), Hlava – stavby (contractor), and the investor Arbfaa Capital.
