Successful delivery depends on clear structure, realistic planning, and consistent control at every stage.  At ABMV we provide construction management and site oversight for investment projects, real estate development projects, and building works from pre-construction preparation through completion and post-project evaluation.

Our approach combines strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and transparent communication with the investor. This gives clients continuous control over the schedule, budget, and risks, enabling decisions based on current, verified information.

What We Do

  • End-to-end construction management & delivery coordination – We manage the construction phase from start to finish, coordinating all disciplines, subcontractors, and work interfaces. We monitor progress, capacities, and sequencing to keep delivery efficient and avoid downtime.
  • Client’s Technical Supervision (TDS) – We act as the investor’s representative on site, ensuring compliance with design documentation, bills of quantities, and the approved budget. We control workmanship quality and protect the investor’s technical and financial interests throughout construction.
  • MEP and technical systems supervision (TZB) – We oversee building services (MEP), including heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical systems, and other technical installations. We verify correct installation, performance, interfaces, and execution of required inspections and tests.
  • Subcontractor and supply chain oversight – We supervise workmanship quality, trade interfaces, and compliance with site safety requirements.
  • Change tracking and control – We maintain clear change logs and monitor the impact of variations on the schedule and the investor’s budget.
  • Invoice verification & financial drawdown control – We verify invoiced work against actual progress and approved changes. We monitor cash flow and budget utilisation throughout delivery.
  • Digital reporting & monthly progress reports – Regular reporting on budget status, quality, and construction progress within a CDE environment.
  • Testing, inspections & certification – Verification of technical systems performance, coordination of statutory inspections, fire safety tests, pressure tests, and other commissioning requirements before handover.
  • Completion, handover & commissioning – We coordinate the removal of defects and outstanding works, prepare as-built documentation (DSPS), and manage handover to the investor, including documentation for occupancy approval.

What’s the difference between Client’s Technical Supervision (TDS) and Construction Management?

Client’s Technical Supervision (TDS/TDI) focuses primarily on quality control and compliance—checking that the works are carried out in line with the contract, design documentation, standards, and approved changes.

Construction Management has a broader scope. In addition to technical control, it manages the delivery process end-to-end: coordinates subcontractors and interfaces, monitors the schedule, budget, and changes, and drives day-to-day execution to keep the project on track.
