- Occupational health and safety coordination on site – We ensure compliance with statutory obligations in the field of occupational health and safety. We prepare the health and safety plan, carry out regular site inspections, and coordinate individual contractors to minimise risks and ensure safe project delivery.
- Contractor selection and tender management – We organise tender procedures, evaluate bids, and prepare recommendations for the investor based on price, quality, and risk.
- Project close-out and evaluation – We coordinate the handover process, as-built documentation, and final project evaluation, including the review of whether the project objectives have been met.
