An update from the Lochkov project, where construction of residential buildings G1 and G2 continues. Although our work is often “behind the scenes” — in documentation, site inspections, coordination and ongoing quality checks — the results are visible in every further stage of construction.

ABMV is involved in the project in roles that are essential for the investor:

• project management (managing the project process, coordinating key interfaces and communication),
• technical supervision of the investor (TDS) (ongoing quality control, checking compliance with documentation and standards),
• BOZP coordinations (overseeing occupational health and safety on site).

The objective of these roles is to keep construction on schedule and at the required quality, minimise the risk of changes, and ensure that the implementation complies with the approved documentation and expected standard. The project is being continuously coordinated in cooperation with the investor, Arbfaa Capital.
