A new Lindex store of almost 500 m² has opened at Westfield Chodov, combining two previously separate retail units into one larger sales space. The layout retains two separate entrances, naturally distinguishing the Lindex and Lindex Kids concepts.

ABMV supported the project through tenant coordination. Our scope included a technical review of the project, design documentation for the Shell & Core changes required to combine the units, and the initial design package for the tenant fit-out.

Although the first documentation was handed over to the tenant in November 2025 and there was very limited time to prepare the documentation and secure the necessary approvals, close collaboration between all parties enabled the store to be completed and handed over in March 2026.
