We have successfully completed and handed over Toyota’s new office facilities and service centre. ABMV provided full Client’s Technical Supervision (TDS) throughout the project and oversaw specific modifications to the hall structure.

The new facilities are now being prepared for occupation. One of the project’s key challenges was integrating heavy equipment into the building’s internal spaces.

Technical challenge: Raising the roof by 1.7 metres

A key feature of the hall is two overhead cranes, each with an impressive 24-metre span and a lifting capacity of 10 tonnes. To provide the required operating clearance and ensure safe handling, the roof structure had to be raised by 1.7 metres along the crane runway.

This intervention required close coordination between the design team and the main contractor to protect the integrity of the building while keeping the construction programme on track.
